Description

Two field placements. First placement is in the spring at the end of first year (April-June). Second work placement is in the spring at the end of second year (April/May-June). Placements are 350 hours each, for a total of 700 hours over 2 years. Full time work placements, 5 days per week.

Timeline

First practicum: completed in May-June following first year courses. Second practicum: completed in May-June following second year courses.

Important Information

Strong preference for placements to be completed within the province of Alberta, some exceptions possible. Preference for placements to be completed with 2 different organizations, but it is possible to complete both placements with the same organization but in different departments
