Description

Two practicum, 200 hours each (400 hours total). 2-3 days per week, minimum of 14 hours per week

First practicum in semester 2 (winter semester of first year), second practicum in semester four (spring semester of second year)

Important Information

Students often graduate immediately following the final placement, with some exceptions. Recruiting process for fall placements start in mid june, recruiting proces for Winter placements starts end of August. Placements must be completed with different organizations. Strong preference for placements to be completed locally. Placement Coordinator suggests that the Bachelor of Social Work 4 year program would be the best fit for placements.
